I signed up for another 5K. It's an Oktoberfest run and I'm happy to say that I'm too much of a light weight to participate in the beer belly division-women 160lbs and higher!! Since last July I have lost 50lbs with Weight Watchers and started working out again. After an exceptionally long hiatus from running due to my knee, I started running again and I ran my first ever race last Sept. Since then, I've run five 5Ks and a 10K. I'm currently signed up for two more 5Ks in the next few weeks and a the Seattle Rock and Roll Half Marathon next June, as well as looking at a couple more races in the coming months.
