Thankful for Fun Friday

Friday Nov 5...it's Friday, today should be about FUN! Life isn't always about deep, meaningful things. Sometimes, it's the little things in life. So today I am thankful for Facebook. Yep, Facebook. Not only is it a great way to stay in touch with people-I'd much rather get a quick blurb and browse pics of an event at my leisure than getting a long email possibly with 20 pics to download. I also love how it has let me reconnect with friends from the past-from high school, prior duty stations, etc. It's also a great avenue for meeting others with similar interests...most of my Maniac and Fanatic friends I have from there(or if we met at a race, we can get in touch that way). Oh, and yes, like Angie says I succumbed to the cult that is Farmville, but that's all in good fun too. I'm just there for the gnomes.
