Or more appropriately, 2 GOOD weeks at the gym, 1 so-so week. That's ok, life happens. Had a good weight workout with our trainer on Monday, and we hit the gym again Tuesday morning. Wed I took off because the man had an early morning doctor appt that required a chauffeur and I didn't want to be rushed. Thur was a planned afternoon workout(partner wanted to skip PiYo since she had a slight nagging pain in her abs and wanted it to rest), of a ruck with our bricks, followed by a pedi. It was hot and I had a headache, so we went straight to the pedi lol. Fri was a bit of a bust too due to late Thurs night lol. AND last night, I got off work, we went to a BBQ, was home early, finished my book, and just totally forgot to set my clock!
Weekly workout goal is 5, so it wasn't a complete and utter bust as I got 2 days in(I'll actually call it 2.5 workouts since tomorrow will be spend walking around the Mall in DC for Rolling Thunder) . I also have fresh pretty toes(french tips in Trophy Wife teal), AND I finally finished Orange is the New Black(the book-now I can get back to the series). Oh and I'm down a few pounds since starting too, so the overall progress is still good!
Next week is another week and I'm always a work in progress:)
