C is for Cookie

I'm doing a cookie exchange next month and need help deciding which cookie to make. I have never made any of them, so I have no preference to base it on, other than the recipe and which one looks good...lol. Please leave your vote for which cookie I should make in the comments:) Or if you have a fabulous cookie recipe that will surpass any of these, leave me that instead...lol.

If you are looking for an easy cookie that can be changed here is one for you! I just love it!!
Cake Mix Cookies
You take a box of cake mix, any flavor, and just add 2 eggs, and either a half cup of oil or a half cup of apple sauce. Cook them for 6-10 min at 350. You can also add in any kind of extras like chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, whatever
