Time change

I've been having trouble sleeping ever since we set the clocks back. I get up so early anyway, that my body was waking up at the usual time-or even earlier, which was super early with the time change. For the last 2 weeks, I've been waking up anywhere from 0330-0400. I'd lay there and try to fall back asleep and by the time I did, it felt like my clock went off 2 minutes later and I was not rested. I think(I hope anyway) that I may have finally caught up. I was up late last night-late for me anyway...lol, and kinda energized because I'd been cleaning up(see post below). I got into bed last night, and set my clock-only to fail to remember that I'd reset it for my race on Sat morning. Normally I'm up even earlier than my usual time because of having to drive. Since this race was closer though, I'd set it 2 hours later to 0700! I completely forgot to reset it last night back to 0500. I slept completely through the night though! Thankfully, my internal clock kicked in and I woke up at about 0520. Initially I just rolled over and tried to go back to sleep, but something in me said look at the clock just to see what time it is and I saw it was past the time my clock should have gone off! Whew, glad I looked at the clock and still had time to get up and get to work on time. Hopefully, though, I'm all back on track and can get good night's sleep again.
