And still more snow...
We got more snow again. This is not the norm for the island. Even the surrounding areas(meaning every place in Western WA but here...lol) get snow, we always tend to get milder weather. If we got this much and it's mild, I'd hate to see the other areas! I'd say we had about 3-4 inches this morning when we woke, on top of the remaining snow from the weekend. It's still supposed to be below freezing the next few days, with more snow possible. Let me tell you, this Guam/Southern girl has decided I'll gladly take typhoons or hot humid weather anyday over having to drive on a regular basis in snow. I do not like it at all! I went to work this morning as I figured someone would need to make calls to cancel appts, and ended up being there all day. The schools were closed and the base was shut down. When I came home, the snow was so compacted that the tire marks from previous drivers were frozen and it was bumpy all the way home.

Mallory and Keith were almost fighting over the green beans. lol I wish I had of made more. Mallory finally won out and got to eat what was left. Carter used to be the same way, but he is 7 now and now he says green beans are gross. lol
I don't think I have ever seen that much snow on Whidbey ever! Enjoy and know that those on the other coast are jealous!
